The company started its production in 2010 in Istanbul Free Trade Zone, Turkey. All the production is made in this fully equipped facility, which has 1.200 m 2  cleanroom area, microbiology & quality lab, R&D lab and sterilization units.

All their products are manufactured according to European standards for medical devices and are CE approved before being released for sale. Simeks product line includes the primary interventional products: PTA and PTCA balloon catheters, stent delivery systems and drug eluting stent delivery systems.
